Seair offer 3 flights a week (Dec - May only), Monday, Wednesday & Sunday - Manila to El Nido direct, and back. Fares are PHP 6,700 php plus taxes.
Weight is restricted at 10 kgs + hand luggage, extra is charged at P40+Vat per kilo.
